Verifications
Completed verifications are non-refundable. If a verification fails due to a fault on our side, we will re-run it at no cost or credit your account.
Consultation bookings
Paid consultations may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and will not auto-renew at the end of the billing period. No partial-month refunds.
Disputes
Contact billing@kycverification.example within 30 days to raise a dispute.
