Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the KYC Verification platform and services ("Services"). By using our Services you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide document, identity, biometric, video, and address verification, plus AML/PEP screening, on a pay-per-verification or subscription basis.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Services for unlawful purposes, to infringe rights of others, or to circumvent regulatory obligations.

4. Fees

Fees are billed per verification or per subscription term. Disputed charges must be raised within 30 days.

5. Liability

Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We do not warrant that verifications will detect every form of fraud.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach upon 30 days written notice if uncured.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of your applicable jurisdiction as set out in your order form.
